My Hobbies

Hobbies wow a toughy. Computers, I am a bit of a amateur webmaster generally helping others with their sites and stuff, helping people with their computer problems in that I speak English not techno babble & so on. Photography, I really enjoy photography (Check out the Album Pages) I started in 35mm now I am fully digital 3 cameras at last count. As well as taking them i edit as well using Paintshop & Photoshop, say I am good & you have a friend for life! Reading, ahhh the printed word my first obsession mainly Science Fiction & Fantasy I started with Robert Heinlein & E E "Doc" Smith, moving on to David Drake, David Eddings, Jerry Pournelle, Larry Niven etc. etc. not forgetting of course Terry Pratchette! Films, Here my taste is more varied as well as the usual guy flicks romantic comedies get to me (Yes I am a romantic!) So yes I love John Wayne, Mel Gibson not to Mention Meg Ryan & Salma Hayek. If I had to say what my favourite film is it would be Joe versus the Volcano. TV, So many but NO SOAPS I hate em! My favourites BSG, Stargate SG1, Stargate Atlantis, NCIS, Greys Anatomy, House, All the CSI's though Miami should be called "CSI Over the top!", All the Star Treks Obviously. Now you are probably starting to think Dave is a bit of a couch potato so I had better chuck in Cycling, seaside & country walks a bit of swimming and an occaisional trip to the gym.
